Accessibility
Accessibility of this website: the measures taken, known gaps and how to contact us.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
ordivix wants ordivix.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes the measures taken, the limitations we are aware of and how to reach us.
1. Our commitment
Accessibility is treated as part of building and maintaining this website, not as a separate project. Whenever a page is added or the design is changed, we check that the content can still be read with a screen reader, operated with a keyboard and enlarged in the browser. This statement covers the pages published under ordivix.com.
2. Measures taken
Pages are built with semantic HTML: headings follow a single order, lists are marked as lists and links say where they lead. Navigation and content form separate regions, the language of each page is declared, and informative images have alternative texts while decorative ones are marked as such.
Text, links and buttons are shown with a contrast of at least 4.5 to 1 against their background. Sizes are set in relative units, so text can be enlarged in the browser without content being cut off, and links, menus and form fields can be used with the keyboard alone.
3. Conformance
Our goal is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We describe the site as partially conformant, because a few elements still fall short of individual criteria; pages are reviewed regularly and problems are fixed as they are found.
4. Limitations we know of
Some pictures are general illustrations with a short alternative text rather than a full description.
5. Feedback
Please report any accessibility problem by email to newsdesk@ordivix.com or by telephone on 01792 410386. A short note on the page, the difficulty and the device or assistive technology involved helps us reproduce the fault; we usually reply within five working days and explain what we will do about it.
6. Information in another form
If a page on ordivix.com does not work for you, the same information is available without the website. Reach us by telephone on 01792 410386, by email at newsdesk@ordivix.com or by post at 14 Kingsway Lane, Swansea SA1 5JN, and on request we will send the content of a page in another form.
7. Preparation of this statement
The present statement was prepared on 24 October 2026 on the basis of our own internal assessment. We inspected the principal page types with a keyboard, at an increased zoom setting and with a screen reader; no external audit was commissioned. The statement is reviewed once a year and after any substantial change to the website.
