Client Feedback

What newsroom colleagues say about working with our crews, editors and producers on stories across South Wales.

What clients say

The crew was at the scene quickly and sent usable rushes while the story was still developing. The framing was steady and the audio was clean, which saved our editor a great deal of time that evening.

Gareth WilliamsNews editor at a regional television desk
We asked for a package cut to our running order, with captions in our house style. It came back accurate, with every name spelt correctly, and needed no changes before it went to air.

Sian MorganProducer on an evening news programme
Their live position was ready before our reporter arrived. Lighting and sound had been checked against the street noise, so we went to air on the cue without any last-minute fixes.

Daniel PriceOutput editor, regional broadcaster
The studio interview was well lit and recorded from two angles, which gave us options in the edit. Communication was clear throughout, and the quotation matched the final invoice exactly.
